Myanmar (2)

MYANMAR 2017 - HOME SHIRT - FBT

This shirt is a gift from Sashko Poposki, who worls as coach for Myanmar national team. He got this amazing piece of polyester during a national team meeting and sent to me from Macedonia, where he lives. The jersey is issued for Aung Thu, probably for the match vs Kyrgyzstan (Asian Cup qualifiers), cause I think it's the first time (more than the friendly vs Thailand) Myanmar wore this new kit.

Saudi Arabia (2)

SAUDI ARABIA 2017 - HOME SHIRT - NIKE

This is rather historical jersey for Saudi Arabian football. It's in fact from the match vs Japan (05.09.2017 in Jeddah, number 6 was Salem Aldawsari), and the 1-0 at the final whistle meant for the Green Falcons their come back to the World Cup after missing it since Germany 2006! The shirt had been provided by a member of the old staff, which was incredibly changed after qualifying for the World Cup! Absurd!
Don't ask me why, but the patches faded, maybe in the sun! the usually yellow one become white, but even the other one lost some of his bright colours!

Jordan (2)

JORDAN 2017 - HOME SHIRT - ADIDAS

This shirt has some curious story! It's coming directly from Jordan (well, really from Dubai cause was sent from there, but I meant that it's JFA who sent me!), thanks to mr Mohammad Al-Ayasrah and Osama Talal Sabbah.
The jersey is the model used in latest Asian Cup qualifiers, but has the WC patches on the sleeve. However, the model used for WC qualifiers had the number on the chest under the Adidas logo and not in the center like in this shirt. So what?? Checking it I could spot some glue and sign of older patches under the WC ones, so probably this shirt was used by number 6 (usually Saeed Al-Murjan), lost its original patches (just look the pic below and you'll see some "flying patch" :D ) and someone, maybe the kitman himself, put on the old WC patches to make it look nicer :P Anyway it's a great addiction indeed!

Wales (2)

WALES 2008 - AWAY SHIRT - KAPPA

Finally I managed to accomplish my will of having a match worn Wales shirt, as I always liked Dragons spirit and effort on the pitch! I bought this shirt from a fellow russian collector, who had it from a friend working at Spartak Moscow in the time when Demy De Zeeuw was playing for. The jsersey is from the match Netherlands vs Wales 2-0 (01.06.2008, on my 25th birthday!), number 17 was Jack Collison as you could spot from the pic!

Lebanon (2)

LEBANON 2017 - HOME SHIRT - CAPELLI

This is my second Lebanon shirt, got it thanks to mr Fouad Balhawan and the Lebanese Football Association, where he works. He sent me also shorts and socks, as you could see in the photo below!
It's the new 2017 model branded Capelli, worn for example in the surprising 5-0 on North Korea (match played on 10.10.2017).

Libya (3)

LIBYA 2006 - HOME SHIRT - ADIDAS

How would you feel when chasing a shirt for over 1 year and half and finally getting it?? Over the moon! I managed someway to get in contact with former Libya player Jehad Muntasser, who spent most of his career here in Italy. I waited till he come in Milan to visit relatives during the summer, and then to check in his cellar to find somewhere this nice shirt! Before leaving back to Dubai, where he actually lives, he left the shirt to his uncle and then he sent to my address! The jersey is from African Cup 2006, where his side finshed on the bottom of group A in the 1st round of the tournament.

French Guiana

FRENCH GUIANA 2017 - AWAY SHIRT - NIKE

After more than 5 years collecting shirts, I got my first jersey with the Gold Cup patch! This one is coming from Jean-David Legrand, who accepted to donate it for my international project. The jersey is from the match vs Honduras (played in Houston on 11th July 2017)!

Martinique

MARTINIQUE 2016/17 - HOME SHIRT - MAPS SPORT

Rare shirt of the Concacaf member Martinique, coming straight from the striker Kevin Parsemain (he also signed the shirt on the back). It had been worn, for what he remembers, in the victory over Dominica (4-1 on 29th March 2016). You could use the pictures of this shirt to check how different is the Martinique shirt actually for sale on Ebay, be aware of fake jerseys!

FYR Macedonia (2)

FYR MACEDONIA 1998/2001 - HOME SHIRT - PUMA

Crazy bargain found on Ebay USA, bought this shirt for 7 $!! It wasn't listed properly, as the seller didn't even know the team. Luckily the badge was enough for me to regognize the old Macedonian F.A. logo.
For what I know, it could be a match worn or issued shirt, cause this kind of shirt, expecially long sleeved, was not for sale at the time and it has all inner labels and features of other shirts that are 100% match worn!
In the pic below, the short sleeve version of this shirt in use.

Libya (2)

LIBYA 2015 - HOME SHIRT - ADIDAS

After chasing for a long time a Libya shirt, in a short period of time I managed to get two! This one indeed is quite precious one, considering it should be a match worn. It come from Libyan Football Federation technical director Mohamed Werfali, and was gifted to him by a national team player he coached at youth level, Muftah Taktak. I can't determine in which match it was worn, cause it's the model of the successfull 2014 Afcon campaign, but this kit had been used widely even in the following years.

India (3) + (4)

INDIA 2015/16 - HOME/AWAY SHIRTS - NIKE

Another 2 India shirts bring the total to 4! After the ugly 2000' jersey and the nice 2008/10, something new and fresh! Those come from a AIFF (All India Football Federation), but don't ask me his name cause I promised I won't tell! The light blue one could be match worn or at least issued for a game, as this kit was worn in several matches and friendlies. The white one probably was never used by the team, cause I can't find pics of it in game.
